All about us!
We were very flattered to be part of the The Helpful Hiker's new series, "Meet the Outdoor Entrepreneurs." Here she talks to me, to find out how we got started and what our interest is in the outdoors. She plans to feature more outdoor business from established household names to small starts ups, like ourselves. "Find out about the stories and the motivations behind these outdoor entrepreneurs."
Mother Freckle: We love you!
We just loved reading about Mother Freckle, Daddy Freckle and their two young girls at Bestvial this year. "Camp Bestival: We love you!" Here you can see her with her eldest and a cart of stuff - all covered by a PACMAT to keep it dry. "We love ours and take it everywhere from camping to a picnic in the park. It's ace. They roll up so small you wouldn't believe it and are waterproof so you will not get a wet bum!" We have teamed up with Mother Freckle for a golden giveaway. Bespoke ponchos for Gordon's Gin
Taste-PR got in touch with Rubbastuff when it was working on a campaign for Gordon's Gin ready mixed gin and tonic, aimed at festival goers. They called us to see if it was possible to create a bespoke poncho for their client. We looked into different colour and fabric options, slightly tailoring the design. We also looked at transfer solutions to get the brand and hash tag, #tinning, onto the poncho, creating visuals for the client and final artwork for production. We are very pleased with the results. The poncho is durable, reusable, washable, waterproof (with taped seams) and a slight variation on our standard PACMAT...
Fab Dad
If you're stuck for Father's day ideas how about a picnic with the family. It's great for all ages. Toddlers can run around, teenagers lounge or play games and the adults can sit, eat and chat. Pack up some of his goodies, maybe choose a secret destination or even the garden and head outside. And to top it off why not give him a practical present, a PACMAT waterproof mat you can use on the day and for years to come? The Signature range comes in a lot of dad colours. See more here.
Family gathering in Dovedale
It was Grandad's 80th. They live in Chester. We are in London. So we thought a great place to meet would be the Peak District. Beautiful scenery, good walks and a very pleasant place to stay. Our rooms at the Isaak Walton Hotel looked out over a wonderful landscape. We could see people clambering up and down the hill like ants. All working hard. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, a night cap in the cosy bar and got up early for a long walk while the Grand Parents had a look around the National Trust House, Ilam Park....
