With the fantastic weather we decided to do another night out with a few friends. A day spent climbing followed by a walk up to the Cheserys meant we were ready for a good night's sleep. A hike up to the Cheserys, near Lac Blanc in the early evening with a hike tent, a couple of Firepots and a PACMAT for a mini adventure. After a day on the beach, it's easy to head back to camp to clean up and have supper before going back down to the beach to enjoy the last of the day and the fabulous sunset. .

After several months of lock down in the city it felt great to head out of town to Cornwall. We arrived just in time to be pitched for sunset. Maker Camp is a wonderful quiet spot above the village of Kingsand, not far from the wilds of Whitsand beach. It's run by the Rame Conservation Trust with beautiful views and natural areas. We set up our tipi tent for us and the dog and a small hike tent for the kids, with its extention using the Ordnance Survey Lake District PACMAT. Basil, the dog, had his own camping bed with the PACMAT Deluxe to keep...
